    We accept returns for a refund or replacement if (i) you are not satisfied with your purchase; (ii) the item is damaged or any part is damaged or faulty before delivery; or (iii) the item delivered is different from what you ordered.<\/p>\n

      You have exactly 30 calendars to initiate and return an item, starting from the day the order was delivered to you. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and inform you via your order email address if it qualifies for a refund or a replacement, depending on the circumstances. Ensure you return the item using a trackable shipping company. Letmobel will not be liable for losses that occur during the process of returning the item.<\/p>\n

        Once we received and confirm your item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within a few days, depending on the policy adopted by your payment method provider.If your return is due to a wrong or damaged product, you will be entitled to a replacement. We will ship the replacement via the same shipping method.<\/p>\n

          If your return is due to you merely changing your mind, you will bear the cost of returning it to Letmobel.
